The Process
West Web Technology work to the needs of our clients and treat every client as an individual, however there are basic steps involved in the creation of every unique website and it can be useful to know what to expect from the service we provide.
- Every project begins with a free consultation with one of our Business Advisers, either face-to-face (where possible) or remotely if necessary. Here we take as much time as is needed to find out exactly what you are looking for from your website and analyse what options would be most beneficial to your requirements. Once we have agreed your requirements we will request a 50% deposit before work begins.
- We will then request some content to facilitate the creation of your website, such as logos and imagery. If you need assistance with this you can use West Web Technology's content writing service to help you.
- The content you have provided is then used by our design team to produce an original, unique design layout to meet your exact requirements. The design team take into consideration everything about the purpose of the website, it's functionality and any company colours or logos as discussed in your consultation.
- When the design has been created you will be able to view a draft image for your approval and discuss any alterations you would need.
- When the design is finalised, the development of the website can begin. This turns the design into a fully functional website following the specifications agreed in the consultation.
- Once the development is completed we will give you private access to your new website enabling you to test it and give feedback so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with the results.
- When you are happy with the draft of your website we instigate the creation of your email addresses and set up your website monitoring statistics software. On payment of your outstanding balance we will put your website live on the internet so that it can be accessed across the world.
- Once the website creation process is complete, West Web Technology's customer technical support service will always be available to you. We always maintain a strong relationship with our customers throughout the lifetime of your website to ensure you are happy with its performance.
