West Web Technology feel that it is vital that our customers are getting the most of the features on offer to them with their website. Our technical support team are on call via telephone and email to help you learn all the ins and outs of your new site and resolve any issues you may be having in achieving your desired results.
The technical support team can assist you with the usage of the Content Management System and E-Commerce features of your website. For our customers with static websites, the team can also implement a defined quantity of critical updates to the content of your site.
All our technical support is completely customer orientated; where possible, we will arrange for you to work with a particular nominated member of our team to ensure you get a personal, dedicated service. We will ensure that you are regularly updated on the status of your query and endeavour to contact you when it is most convenient for you.
Our Technical Support team are available for non-emergency queries 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and will respond to all email queries within one working day. All emergency technical issues will be attended to as soon as possible after they have been reported.
